Feminine energy is passive, soft, abstract, intuitive and nurturing, and is embodied by The moon, the earth, water and Winter/Autumn. As a gentle but sensual frequency, feminine energy is also linked to procreation and sexuality, for these reasons we have been programed to shut off and down.

 Divine feminine energy or Goddess energy, is a subtle yet immensely vital source of energy in our lives. Without it, we are out of touch with our bodies, our emotions, our dreams, and our mother earth. Without it, we live lives on the surface, pursuing empty goals, ego-centered ambitions and desolate values that are disconnected from the mystery, wonder and magic of life.

Without acknowledging and nurturing the feminine energy within us, we are incomplete and our lives feel superficial. This challenge is gonna help you to connect, nurture and harness your own divine feminine energy and at the same time explore your wounds, ideas and beliefs around it, to heal.

• Self care and routines
• Taking care of your basic bodily needs

DAY 5: HONORING AND CONNECTING TO MOTHER EARTH

How Does this challenge work?

Each day i will share vital teachings, tools, tips and experiences on every different topic that we will be touching through video or live streaming And also will do mini daily challenges for you to complete; Self awareness is awesome but action is needed to shift, and thats why we are here.
